1. Respect for Other Guests

• Treat all guests and the host with courtesy at all times.
• Be mindful of noise in shared spaces — kitchen, lounge, bathrooms.
• Do not enter another guest's bedroom without invitation.
• Leave shared spaces clean and tidy after use.
• Harassment of any kind will result in immediate termination of stay.

2. Quiet Hours

• 10:00 PM — 7:00 AM daily.
• No loud music, TV, phone calls, or disruptive noise during quiet hours.
• Use headphones when watching content late at night.

3. Room Occupancy

• Single Room: Maximum 1 guest.
• Double Room A: Maximum 2 guests.
• Double Room B: Maximum 2 guests.
• Only registered guests may sleep in the booked room.

4. Smoking & Vaping

• Strictly prohibited inside the house and all covered areas.
• Only permitted in designated outdoor open-air areas.
• Indoor smoking incurs a deep-cleaning fee.

5. Events & Gatherings

• No parties or large gatherings permitted.
• One visitor at a time, with prior host approval.
• Visitors must not stay overnight unless booked as a guest.

6. Fault Reporting

• Report faults or accidental damage to the host immediately.
• Do not attempt to repair appliances or plumbing yourself.
• In emergency: call 000 first, then contact the host.

Pet Rules

• Pets may only be accommodated by prior written arrangement with the host.
• The property has 3 resident outdoor dogs — guest pets must be compatible.
• Approved guest pets are restricted to designated outside areas only.
• Pet owners are fully responsible for their animal's behaviour and any damage caused.
• A pet fee applies to all stays involving guest pets.
• Any pet found inside the house will result in immediate termination of stay.

Requesting Pet Approval

• Message the host via WhatsApp with your pet's breed, size, and temperament.
• Approval must be confirmed in writing before arrival.
• The pet fee will be added to your booking total.

Wi-Fi Credentials

Connecting

• Open Wi-Fi settings and select Activ8me-18EAE3.
• Enter password: 1BBFDD65 (all uppercase, case-sensitive).
• If no internet after connecting, wait 30 seconds or restart the router.

Streaming Services

• Netflix — use the house guest profile. Do not change passwords.
• Prime Video — house account available. No purchases.
• SBS On Demand — free, no login required for most content.

Quiet Hours — Sound

• Shared TV must be off or very low after 10:00 PM.
• Use headphones in your room after quiet hours.

Common Fixes

• Blue screen on TV: Press Source/Input → select Smart TV or HDMI 1.
• Slow internet: Avoid large downloads during 6–10 PM peak hours.
• App won't load: Close and reopen the app. Check Wi-Fi is connected.

Bathroom & Toilet

• Leave the bathroom clean after every use. Wipe surfaces, hang towels.
• Only flush toilet paper — no wet wipes or sanitary products.
• Use a drain catcher and remove hair after showering.
• Report any plumbing issues to the host immediately.

Water Use

• The property uses tank water — please be conservative.
• Do not leave taps running unnecessarily.
• Report any leaks or dripping taps promptly.

Laundry

• Laundry access available — check with host for details.
• Remove laundry promptly when done. Do not leave overnight.
• Use only recommended detergent in correct amounts.

Kitchen & Shared Spaces

• Clean up after cooking — wipe benches, wash dishes, put away items.
• Label your food in the fridge if staying longer than 2 nights.
• Leave the shared lounge tidy after use.

Fault Reporting

• Report any faults, damage, or maintenance issues to the host promptly.
• Do not attempt repairs yourself.
